Common questions

What do I type in the brief?+

A couple of sentences in plain English. Example: 'Tell customers our Brighton shop is closed Bank Holiday Monday but open as normal Tuesday.' You don't need to write it well — that's our job. The more specific you are (dates, names of offers, prices), the more useful the output. Don't worry about formatting.

Why doesn't the post include my phone or website?+

We only include business facts you've added to My business. Head to the My business page, fill in whatever's relevant, and from then on every post, flyer, and email will carry those details automatically. You can leave any field blank — we won't make anything up.

The output isn't quite right — what do I do?+

Click Generate again for a fresh version — each run is different. If you want a different direction, just tweak the brief (add more detail, change the tone you want, mention who it's for). If it keeps missing the mark, send a message below and we'll help tune it.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

On the Billing page, click Manage subscription — that takes you to Stripe's portal where you can cancel in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No forms, no phone calls, no 'are you sure?' loops.

Will you ever charge me without asking?+

You get 7 days free when you start. We don't charge until day 8. You can cancel any time in those 7 days — you won't be charged a penny. After that, it's £10/month. If you cancel later, you keep access until the current month ends.

Is my business information safe?+

Yes. Your business profile and anything you generate is tied to your account only. We never share it, never train models on it, and you can delete everything by asking us to close your account.

Which template should I use for what?+

Facebook/Instagram post for social. Google review reply for replying to reviews. Flyer for printed posters. Customer email for emailing your existing customers. LinkedIn post for industry/professional content, connection request for introducing yourself, DM for follow-ups. WhatsApp/SMS for quick texts. If in doubt, try two and pick the one you like better.
